Growing up in a hill station was always an adventure; mountains are a place where you can readily find unique and mesmerizing landscapes. After college, I acquired a job and began working in Kerala, and the shift from hills to planes was never easy for me. In 2017, I visited Kerala for the first time. My life was changed and It exposed me to all of the possibilities that the world has to offer. There, I met a different culture, species I'd only read about in books, and new foods; got lost in a forest; witnessed conservation initiatives in action; and met people from all over the world.
